Frequently Asked Questions

  • We submitted the plan to the city for approval of the sub-division consisting of 14 lots. The city of Payson has given us pre-approval on the lots and road design along with engineering of the utilities. The next step is to get the City of Payson Planners final approval before going to the Payson City Council. We’re looking at several weeks in January of 2026 for City Planners final approval. City Council approval is estimated to be approved and the sub-division map recorded in late March of 2026.

  • Final sales are expected to begin Summer of 2026. Construction timelines will vary depending on your builder and home design. 

  • Yes, basic design and construction guidelines will be in place to preserve the natural character and aesthetic of the community. The design review board will issue design requirements once the residential map has been recorded.  Projected early Spring of 2026 or before 2nd deposit.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to select your own licensed builder or read more about our recommended site builder on page seven. ISCI Development Group is a local builder specializing in Hillside Lots.

  • Lots will include access to all utilities of city water, sewer, power, natural gas, high- speed internet, etc. Concord 99, LLC will provide all roads with curbs at their expense.

  • Currently, we’re taking future lot owner’s reservations. Each reservation will reserve the lot you want giving you priority until the final map is recorded. Once the map is recorded, we will go into contract we will require a $500 deposit and open escrow with a specific close date. Through the process of getting the sub-division map recorded we will work with you and keep you informed of the process and timeline. The goal will be to keep it simply and easy for you.
